How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Productstadium Concrete wants everyone who gets in touch to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when phoning or messaging Productstadium Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider you were connected with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If work at your home has gone wrong, start by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Productstadium Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@productstadium.site with:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Productstadium Concrete or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which can include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
