When you send a request, you are matched with an independent concrete provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. Productstadium Concrete does not do the work and does not employ the people who do.

What the First Conversation Looks Like

Expect a short talk about your project. The provider may ask about size, location on the property, the current surface and your timeline. Many providers then set up a site visit so they can measure and check the ground. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.

Questions Worth Asking

You do not need to know concrete to ask good questions. Try these, and listen for the kind of answer shown.

• What base and thickness do you plan to use? A good answer gives numbers and a reason.
• How will you handle drainage and grading? A good answer mentions slope away from the house.
• Will the quote list each item in writing? A good answer is yes.
• How do you plan for freeze-thaw winters? Look for talk of base prep, joints and sealing.
• When can you start, and what delays are common? Honest providers mention weather.

Red Flags

• Pressure to sign today.
• A large cash deposit before any work starts.
• A quote with one lump-sum number and no detail.
• No answer when you ask about licensing or insurance.

You Are in Control

You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. Price follows prep, so take time to compare what each quote includes, not just the total. Take notes during each talk so you can compare providers later, and keep every quote in writing.
